LUKA LESSON LIVE AT LUCKY BAT
$22 - $25Join Australian slam poetry legend LUKA LESSON for a night of killer lyricism crossing from spoken word, award-winning slam poetry and powerful rap verses in an intimate setting. After two years off stage, Luka is back and hungrier than ever, ready to share his powerful spoken word poetry with newly written work as he weaves together story, history, culture, politics, vulnerability and ultimately: the poetic truth.
Luka Lesson's performance will be followed at 9pm by TESTING GROUND a free monthly listening party for local producers to share unreleased and unfinished work with an audience of their peers and the public. This event will feature Luka Lesson as a guest lyricist and live VJ selections by Timothy Parish from Undergrowth Productions.
Come for the poetry, stay for pizza and beats.
